+**Slate Deposits in the Intermountain West** (usually referred to as **Slate** or **SD**) is a codebook for [[organizations#WORM]] agents, containing one-time pads for [[Slate messages]]. A new edition is distributed every year, containing new pads.
+The book begins with nonsensical testimonials, foreword, and usage instructions. Afterwards are three sections of encryption keys: 365 numbered rows of 32 numbers each. The book ends with messages to the counter operation, i.e. us.
