Background
On December 1st 2023, in message 18818, agent AO asked Debbie Wright (Field Agent Coordinator at Emtanon) to provide the 2024 edition of the book "Slate Deposits in the Intermountain West", to be placed into the FEMA Region 9.
The drop location was revealed on December 8th, when the AS32 code 18912, instead of a XORFS message, contained the song "Redlight District" by Porcelain and the Tramps with PSK31 data mixed in around 0:43–1:11:

Around December 19th, the agent who had requested the drop was “eliminated”, allowing us to retrieve it instead.
