Tuktoyaktuk drop
Background
SSTV images of this dead drop appeared on Felicity's voicemail sometime before October 6, 2023. The drop was placed by Jeff during his stint as an Emtanon drop agent. The location was identified as Tuktoyaktuk in an Iris conversation on the amber terminal. Located by the Arctic Ocean and north of the Arctic Circle, this is one of the most remote dead drops to date.
