This is the voicemail service found at Felicity Love's former phone number, +1-252-588-3964. The number was found in her diary, which she gave us in the Cape May drop.

From September 2023 to January 2024, Jeff used it as the means of contact with us. We used Bell 103 for text, along with one-time pads from the Federal Way drop. Jeff also used SSTV for images.

The voicemail was originally discovered on July 27, 2023, already full and not accepting new messages.

This is not cool. I got them to leave once I finally convinced them I have no idea where the hell you are. Carla is pissed at me. I have no idea what the hell you did, what you stole or what you got caught up in, or who the hell Jeff is, but don’t ever put me down as your emergency contact, friend, lover, or whatever the hell you told you. Like I told you a million times, get the hell out of my life.

I’m sorry for the voice changer, I’m not trying to scare you, this is for my own protection, this isn’t like a scary movie or anything like that. I don’t know if you got a new phone or anything, and you’re lucky to get out of there alive. We’re helped– we’re the people who helped you. Now, if you didn’t get a new phone, and you’re listening to this voicemail, after you listen to this, I need you to throw it out the window, leave it somewhere, get as far away as possible from it. They have your number and they have ways of locating phones. And trust me, let’s just say you really, really, really, really don’t want them to find you. I wouldn’t even risk it with a burner phone or anything, like I told you before in the message I sent you, so keep things [???]. The [???] cash should get you by for a while, but don’t do anything crazy because we won’t be able to get you any more. Don’t spend too much, keep a low profile, keep a budget, and keep things moving. I can’t stress that enough - keep moving. If you can get a jumper… junker car or something, something really old, maybe from the 80s, trust me, there are ways of tracking people that would keep your… make your head spin. Maybe you could have fun on a road trip or something, but don’t fly, don’t use credit cards, no debit cards, don’t do anything that could be tracked before we stop these people. On September 20, 2023, it was discovered that Felicity's voicemail has been upgraded, cleared of all previous messages, and now accepting new ones.

On October 6, six new SSTV images were found, depicting the Tuktoyaktuk drop.

On October 18, two new SSTV images were found, depicting the Riverside drop.

On October 26, we found a voicemail consisting of Bell 103 carrying hexadecimal numbers. It turned out to be an encrypted message, XOR'd with data from the Riverside drop RFID tag. Cleartext:

FELICITY, THIS IS JEFF. I AM OK. I WAS RESCUED OFF GOUGH IN AUG AND IN A SAFE PLACE. THE PLAN WORKED. GOUGHCOM IS DESTROYED. IF THIS IS NOT FELICITY, PLEASE PASS THIS MESSAGE ON TO HER.

On October 30, we left our own message in the same fashion as Jeff, XOR'd with jotp2.bin from the Federal Way drop. Cleartext:

On November 7, a new message appeared, apparently of an Emtanon employee on the phone with someone; the other side was not heard. The voicemail refers to our message from October 30. Transcript:

I mean yeah, someone is, someone is paying the bill. And, yeah yeah, you can hear, there's, there's some noise, some data on there. A some sort of one-time pad? I-, I-, I don't know, I can't decode it, but we need the key. Yeah. I mean we can try. But, you might not be able to find out what's going on. I think so. I-, I don't know. I thought he fell. What, what do you mean? Oh my god. Oh shit, I don't think I hung up…

On November 13, Jeff left two messages with answers to our message from October 30:

1) YOU FOUND MY DROPS! THESE CONTAIN A SERIES OF INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOING SO. YOU WILL ALSO WANT THE RUSSIAN VIDEO GAME BOOK.

2) I WAS AN EMTANON EMPLOYEE FOR ABOUT 4 YEARS. I WAS TASKED BY EMTANON TO OVERSEE THE INTERNS AND BLEND IN. THIS WAS TO 
KEEP AN EYE ON THEM, CORRECT RUMORS, ETC. HOWEVER, THIS WAS VERY STUPID OF EMTANON BECAUSE I AM PART OF A GROUP OF EMPLOYEES
WHO ARE WORKING TO EXPOSE THEM FOR WHO THEY REALLY ARE. THIS WAS MY TICKET TO EASILY ACCESS THE ISLAND TO PERFORM MY OBJECTIVE.

3) IT IS DIFFICULT TO GET ITEMS AND INFORMATION TO THE MELTR FLEET, SO TUKTOYAKTUK WAS ONE OF SEVERAL DROP LOCATIONS THAT
THEY COULD EASILY VISIT IN THE SUMMER. THAT WAS MY FIRST JOB AT EMTANON, PLACING DROPS AS A DROP AGENT. 

4) THIS WASNT ME, BUT OUR GROUP OF EMPLOYEES (WE DONT HAVE ANY OFFICIAL NAME OR ANYTHING) OCCASIONALLY TRICK PEOPLE INTO
DOING THINGS SO WE CAN SPY ON IRIS, ETC.

On December 3, Jeff sent a new message, containing commentary on the then-ongoing operation to rescue an agent detained at the Nauru Regional Processing Centre:

THEY ARE TRYING TO RESCUE SOME VERY BAD PEOPLE. THEY ARE RUTHLESS. THERE IS A REASON WHY THEY ARE DETAINED WHERE THEY ARE. MOST AGENTS AND MARINE ORG 
HAS A BASIC SET OF MORALS AND CODE OF ETHICS. YES, I KNOW, SOUNDS UNREAL, BUT THEY DO. THESE PEOPLE HOWEVER, ARE AN INDEPENDENT UNIT. THEY ARE J'S 
DEATH SQUAD. THEY ARE JUDGE, JURY AND EXECUTIONER. THEY ARE NOT EXACTLY WELL LIKED AMONG THE MASSES AT EMTANON, BUT J LOVES HOW THEY MAKE PROBLEMS 
DISAPPEAR. WHILE I FEAR THAT I, FACILITY, AND THE COUNTER OPERATION AS A WHOLE IS IN GRAVE DANGER, I DO FEEL BAD FOR THOSE WHO ARE CAUGHT UP IN THIS. 
BRANDON IS ACTUALLY A REALLY NICE GUY. SO I WILL PUT THIS DECISION IN YOUR OWN HANDS. NOT BECAUSE I AM GUILTY ABOUT THE IDEA OR AFRAID TO DO IT, BUT 
BECAUSE YOU ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO HAVE ACCESS TO THE SYSTEM THAT IS NEEDED TO CAUSE THE GLITCH WE NEED TO TRIGGER. FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS WILL FOLLOW.

On December 13, Jeff posted a message containing C3 DA 97 CD 01 24 65 36 62 11 and *_*. The XOR key for it was smuggled into a player's letter that arrived a few days later. The decrypted message was the access key to an Emtanon system called Path Controller, which may be THE SYSTEM THAT IS NEEDED referred to by Jeff.
