Flare Pepper Kitchen
Flare Pepper Kitchen (FPK) is an agent system available on +1-216-677-0004. It was revealed in February 2024 in the Macau drop.
FPK presents itself as a restaurant, and the initial prompt only announces options for making food orders and checking their status. However, other DTMF inputs lead to its actual purpose: a data transfer system.
FPK also has a website, which is empty as of March 2024.

Options
1: Allows to place an order via a voicemail-like interface. Upon pressing#, it provides an order number that can be entered on option2.2: Allows to check the status of an order. Initially responds with a message that the order is being prepared. All orders are subsequently cancelled for increasingly absurd reasons.3: Asks “How many peppers would you like in any given moment in time?” and waits for input. This sets the baud rate for data transfers. As a courtesy to other players, please let us know if you intend to change this setting.4: Asks “How large of a pepper do you want?” and waits for input. This sets the packet size (in bytes) for data transfers. As a courtesy to other players, please let us know if you intend to change this setting.7: Responds with “There are no specials today, sorry.”8: Allows receiving data transfers. Prompts for a “file descriptor”, and then for a packet number (0,1,2, etc). Transfers are made using a custom digital mode, one packet per call.9: Responds with/DATA_PACKET_START//using a Bell 103 modem, followed by a voicemail beep.

| 1003 | Is waiting for a fresh delivery of peppers. We are sorry for the delay. |
| 1004 | Your order was complete, but the chef ate your order. We are remaking your order and the chef has been fired. |
| 1005 | Your order was rejected due to a non-allowed food combination. Please place another order. |
| 1006 | During the packaging of your order, it fell onto the floor. Due to health code requirements, it has been discarded. We no longer have the proper ingredients to complete your order, so it has been canceled. |
| 1007 | Unfortunately, we are all out of pepper, and cannot make the peppered beef. Your order has been canceled. |
| 1008 | A plague of angry moths have consumed all of our takeout orders, including your Chili Lime Chicken Wings. Due to ongoing moth attacks, we are unable to complete your order and have refunded the amount of your method of payment. |
| 1009 | A swarm of hungry and chatty Taylor Swift concert attendees have taken over our restaurant, making us unable to hear your order. We will not be able to complete it at this time. |
| 1010 | Your meal was eaten by a rabid dog that got loose inside the restaurant. Due to required rabies vaccine regimens, all of our staff is unavailable and we will not be able to make your order. |
| 1011 | We are sorry. Due to a grease fire on our grill, and contamination of your food from a fire extinguisher, your order has been discarded. Please make another order later. |
