This is an old revision of the document!

The Blue OTP messages are texts exchanged between the WORM and Emtanon staff. Their format follows the old US military standard USMTF. They're encrypted using the one-time pad system, specifically the binary XOR method.

They may be found on AS32 under the agent codes 18xxx. A text-to-speech voice provides:

  1. The name of the OTP used for encryption
  2. Decimal numbers ranging from 0 to 255 inclusive, each representing a byte
  3. The byte offset of the beginning of the OTP block used for encryption

Decrypted messages

Since hijacking a copy of the blue OTP files in the El Paso drop, we've been able to decrypt them.
