OTP22 features dozens of characters, many known only by their initials. These are some of the more prominent personalities.

J is a British man who is the founder and boss of Emtanon, Marine Org, and WORM. He's known for narcissistic behavior, smashing things, and being bad with technology. J is immensely wealthy, and constantly shows it off in various ways; for example, his typical meal consists of caviar, truffles, and wagyu. He might be a vampire, due to his occasional use of archaic words from early 20th century.

Felicity Love is an American woman from Ocracoke, North Carolina. She was an intern on the Gough Island weather station during May–June 2023, from which she miraculously escaped. With our aid via messages on Instagram, she then evaded capture by Marine Org mercenaries for months. Since the manhunt for her was canceled in November 2023, she's been mostly silent.

Jeff A. is an American man from Riverside, Iowa. He's part of a group of people plotting to bring Emtanon down from within, and maintained regular contact with us for several months. Jeff is on the run due to his counter operation involvement, and hasn't been heard from since January 2024.

Maria Peters is an Emtanon computer security expert. She's a known troublemaker within the company, and whether she's an idiot or doing this on purpose is a topic of debate. Whenever Maria does something wrong, she's always given another chance.

The pilot of the aircraft AIR1 is a part of a group of Emtanon employees who plot to bring down the evil organization from within. He has a list of people who are friendly to the cause, and slips messages and helpful codes in letters directed to them. We are in touch with him using the Iris talk group 112.

Desiree is the Senior Project Manager at Emtanon. She's currently based on Gough Island where she's in charge of the weather station. She copes with isolation on the island by drinking wine.

Esprit works at the Emtanon HQ where she does a lot of things, from supervising field operations to testing software. She uses the green and amber terminals and writes on XORFS regularly. She is deeply devoted to her employer, and shows no sympathy towards the counter operation.

We are in regular Iris contact with a crewmember of MO5 (supposedly the former captain of MO3, before the ship was given away) on the talk group 201. After the events of Operation Spice, he has become friendly and supportive of the counter operation.

The Edge is a man who was kidnapped by the Marine Org in 2022 and imprisoned on the ship FACILITY. His arrest was depicted in an official Marine Org YouTube video. He maintains that all he had ever done was call their “weird phone number” once.

After the FACILITY Redemption, The Edge became the de facto leader and captain of the ship. He managed to successfully navigate the ship through the Drake Passage despite having next to no marine experience. He can be reached on Iris on talk groups 54091 and 54099.

Robby is an employee of the Emtanon ITOPS team. He's currently based in Liberty, Kentucky where he's in charge of AS32. Robby is J's number one contact for technical requests. Although he has described himself as a “fly on the wall”, he's clearly with the counter operation. Robby is a member of our Discord server.
