The location of this dead drop was revealed by unlocking a protected entry in Felicity's diary. Jeff wrote down the coordinates and an agent code with SSTV images on Felicity's hand during a hiking date, and told her to relay it to the counter-operation in case something happens to him. The dead drop is hidden in a fake sprinkler head, similarly to Felicity's own dead drop.
