XORFS is a texting system used within the universe. Messages posted on it may be found on AS32 at agent codes 18000, 18001, 18002, and so on.

1. “Blue OTP 1 file start”
2. Ciphertext: hexadecimal numbers spelled using the NATO phonetic alphabet
3. “Offset” followed by the byte position of the key

Messages are encrypted with the XOR cipher, using the file otp-blue-1.bin (1 GB) from the El Paso drop. The encryption keys are fragments of that file, equal in length to the ciphertext.
